- You're responsible for safely shipping your shoes to Nestorations, and you'll get confirmation plus shipping instructions before you send anything.
- Restoration results vary with the condition and materials of the shoes — I'll be straight with you about what's possible.
- Payment must be paid in full before shipping, once the final price is confirmed.

Meet the Person Behind Nestorations
Hey, I'm Nestor. I've always had a passion for shoes — and for keeping them clean. Growing up, I was the kid wiping off his sneakers after every wear, and that never really went away.
Nestorations started with my own pairs. Friends saw how fresh I kept mine and started handing me theirs, and before long I had a bench full of other people's favorites.
I treat every pair like it's my own — the right products for the material, real patience, and no shortcuts. If something won't come out, I'll tell you straight up. Nothing beats handing someone back a pair that looks brand new again.
Nestorations Policies
01Booking
Message or book an appointment. Once we schedule a day, you must drop off or ship your pair to me.
02Payment
Full payment is required before I work on any client's shoes. No payment, no cleaning.
03Pickup
When your shoes are ready, I'll contact you. If it's been more than two weeks and they haven't been picked up, a $10 fee is applied.
04Unclaimed Shoes
If it's been more than one month and your shoes still haven't been picked up, Nestorations will sell the product.
05Restoration Expectations
Not all shoes will be fully restored. I'll always try my best to achieve that.
06Turnaround
Turnaround is 1–3 weeks. I work on every pair as quickly as possible, but I also have a life outside of restoring. Please be patient with me.
07Shipping
Clients who ship always pay for shipping to and from. Lost or damaged packages are not my responsibility.
08Be Specific
Clients must be specific about what they want done on their shoes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a cleaning take?+
Turnaround is usually 1–3 weeks, depending on the service and how many pairs are on the bench. I'll let you know as soon as yours are ready.
Do you clean all types of shoes?+
Sneakers, canvas, leather, suede and nubuck — yes. Exotic materials and fragile vintage glue I'll flag before I start.
Do you offer restoration?+
Yes. Beyond cleaning, that covers midsole work, sole paint, re-dyeing and bringing back a faded colorway.
How does shipping work?+
Book your service, package and ship your pair in, I clean or restore them, then they go back out tracked.
How much does cleaning cost?+
Pricing depends on the service and the condition of the pair. You'll see the price when you choose your service at booking.
Can you remove every stain?+
Most of them, yes. Some deep-set dye transfer and permanent marks won't lift fully — I'll tell you before I start, not after.
Do I need an appointment?+
For drop-off, yes. Appointments keep every pair on a clear bench instead of in a queue.
What happens if my shoes can't be restored?+
I check every pair before any work begins. If the result won't be worth it, I tell you and we sort it out before you pay for it.
